The TRIO ELOQUENCE was formed in the year 2000.
The three musicians,all top notch soloists,chose to unite their passion to form an original ensemble,unique in Europe.
The marriage of these three instruments,rarely heard in concert,offers considerable possibilities and provides renewed occasions to play unheard or virtually unknown repetoire,worthy of the great chamber music tradition.This form of trio (flute,violin and guitar) was known in Argentina in the early 20th century and was in fact the basis of the tango before the introduction of the bandoneon.
The TRIO ELOQUENCE,while covering a large,classical and romantic repetoire,also gives great attention to contempory music by working with today's composers.
Each year,the TRIO ELOQUENCE gives more than 20 concerts in France and in neighbouring countries with considerable success thanks to the musicians dedication and quality.Increasing interest shown by concert organisers and audiences permits predicting next season being even more intense and musically satisfying.
